Content

Clients are solely responsible for the content of their advertisements and Adsboy.com will not be held responsible for any damages arising from the content of client advertisements. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adsboy.com from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the content of client advertisements.

Payment

Payment for advertising services must be made in advance. Adsboy.com reserves the right to terminate the services if payment is not received. Clients agree to pay all taxes associated with their advertisements.

Refund Policy

Adsboy.com provides a satisfaction guarantee for its services. If clients are not satisfied with the services provided, they may request a refund within 24 hours of payment. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request. Payments and deposits are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

Termination

Adsboy.com reserves the right to terminate the services provided to clients if clients breach any of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Adsboy.com shall not be liable for any damages arising from its services, including but not limited to, damages arising from errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Adsboy.com provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of its services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Dispute
